Snack. (Fried) egg sandwich; a bar of Pure Protein.  Dinner. Butter-roasted salmon, with rice; roasted broccoli, on the side.  Workout. 45-minute-run.

Snack. Thomas' cinnamon-and-raisin muffin (with butter); a boiled egg, with sriracha and lettuce; a small cup of Campbell's Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup; Friendly's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough sundae. Dinner. Stir-fry tofu in hoisin sauce; lettuce, on the side. Workout. Ran for almost an hour.

Snack.  Indian omelet. Dinner.  Grilled chicken, with scallion salsa; roasted okra, on the side. For dessert, Friendly's Original Chocolate Fudge.  Fruit of the Day. Grape. Workout. 30-minute-run.
