Snack. (Fried) egg sandwich. Dinner. Bulgarian eggplant dip, converted into a full meal, with sauteed with onion rings, garnished with scallions and sour cream. We had that with couscous. For dessert, Keebler's  Fudge Sticks Original (Fudge Covered Crème Wafers.) Workout. 45-minute-run.

Snack. A bar of Pure Protein. We had pastries from Financier because M. had a doctor's appointment.  Dinner. Trader Joe's pot stickers, on a bed of lettuce, with sweet soy-garlic dipping sauce. Workout. 45-minute-run.
