Cold Clips.

Snack. I went to Dairy Queen after a decade and tried their funnel cake. M. had a Blizzard. I didn't like my order. Dinner. New York strip steak, with herb-garlic butter; green beans, on the side.

Snack.  Sardine, on toast. And I had a bottle of Guinness.  Dinner. Penne, with zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes.

Breakfast. Belgian waffles.  Snack. Cottage cheese and radish dip, on ciabatta.  Dinner. Seared radish crostini. Fruit of the Day. Grapes.

Dinner. Sausage and bell peppers. 

Dinner. Egg fried rice. 

Dinner. M. baked a cod dish today. She didn't like it, she said, because it had far too much cumin and far less salt. Update. When I ate it the next day, I didn't think it tasted bad at all.

Snack.  White bean pâté, with baguette. Dinner. Pan-sheet chicken, with potatoes and leeks.
