Snack.  A bar of Pure Protein.  Dinner.  Banquet's chicken pot pie and (frozen) breakfast sausages. Workout. None. Health.  I woke up feeling terrible. And so, the kitchen was closed.

Snack. A cup of coffee and a slice of banana bred at Starbucks. Dinner.  Tuna croquettes; a wedge of lettuce, with spicy Ceaser dressing, on the side. Workout. None. We took the car in for a routine check-up at 27,736 miles.

Snack. A boiled egg; three slices of cheese; three slices of Genoa salami; three crackers.   Dinner.  Homemade hamburger; Black Bear's German potato salad, on the side. Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.
