After a long gap, we went to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, where we had a slice of arugula-and-tomato pizza, a pumpkin-and-cranberry muffin and a meatball each. That's all. Dinner. Salmon in garlic-butter sauce, with rice. Roasted potatoes, on the side.
Snack. I had a turkey sandwich (with lettuce and tomato); M., Bulgarian eggplant dip, with a couple of bagels. Dinner. Kitchens of India's Pav Bhaji, with dinner rolls.
Snack. Turkey sandwich (with lettuce and tomato.) Dinner. Roasted cauliflower with parmesan, almonds and parsley. It's best not to buy a huge cauliflower as they're difficult to roast. (Also: I should apply them to pasta as well as to make cauliflower toasts.)
