Snack. Ploughman's sandwich. In the late afternoon, we had delicious pastries from Financier. Dinner. Drumsticks. Because I didn't have anything to go with it, I whipped up a bowl of pasta with some leftover ALT-penne, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted okra. Workout. 37-minute-run.
Snack. Raspberry jam sandwich. Dinner. Salmon, roasted in Thai roasted red pepper paste, with rice. Roasted okra, on the side. Preheat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit. Mix the Thai roasted red pepper paste with oil and rub it all over the salmon fillet. Let it side for hour an hour. Cover it with foil. Pop into the oven for a quarter hour.
