Snack. A bar of Pure Protein; Whole Foods' "Swiss bread," with butter. Dinner. Pre-marinated chicken drumsticks; Caesar salad, on the side. (We should have no more than two drumsticks per person.)  Workout. 45-minute-run.

Snack. A bar of Pure Protein; a handful of Popcorners. Dinner. Grilled salmon, with rice; roasted broccoli, on the side.  Workout. 45-minute-run. Reorganized the storage closet and the foyer.

Coffee was followed shortly by a bowl of sweet gnocchi. At noon, we headed to town for a supper at Nur, where M. and I shared a Jerusalem bagel and a plate of lamb chops. For a place that’s been touted by celebrated chefs—and is costly—it offered nothing, but deep disappointment. Not only was the fare terrible, the establishment was also unclean.
