Snack.  (Leftover) polenta, with a fried egg; Blue Diamond's wasabi-and-soy almonds.  Dinner.  Grilled salmon in Thai Kitchen's Roasted Red Chili paste, with rice; grilled zucchini, on the side.   Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.

Snack.  KIND bar. Also: I ate a whole banana bread at Starbucks on the way back from the doctor. Dinner. McCain's Waffle fries, with sour cream and scallions.  Workout. None.

Snack. Spicy Chicken burger at Burger King.  Dinner. Lebanese rice, with Moroccan carrot-and-date salad. Workout. 30-minute-run.  Grocery. Walmart: $43.17 + ShopRite: $28.05 + Wine: $14.05  = $85.27 After a long gap, I had a bowl of cereal.

Snack.  A full packet of Sahale's Pomegranate-vanilla flavored cashews.  Dinner.  Stir-fry chicken and green bell pepper in ginger-soy sauce, with rice noodles. Also: a glass of a Moscato. Fruit of the Day. Grape. Workout. 30-minute-run.

Snack. Buttered toast; boiled egg (with mustard); a KIND bar. Dinner. Grilled chicken, with cilantro-yogurt dip; roasted cauliflower on the side.  Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups. Grocery.  Adams: $12.82 + Gas: $27.72 = $40.54
