Snack. A bar of Pure Protein and a few pieces of Jack Links' jerky. Dinner. Spanish-style shrimp, with dinner bun.  Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups. I ironed all the clothes and put them away.

Snack. Mozzarella and sun-dried tomato sandwich and a few pieces of Jack Links' jerky. Dinner. Braised leeks, with dinner bun.   For dessert, we each had a cup of Kozy Shack’s Crème Caramel Flan. It wasn’t possible to broil the leeks as the boiler is located at the level of the floor and is too narrow to fit a pan. The next time I braise leeks, I better do it on the stovetop.  Workout. 45-minute-run. Sit-ups. Laundry. M. did the colored clothes. Two loads in the washer, each load costing $3 = $6.00 + Two loads in the dryer, each load costing $2.75 = $5.50 = $11.50

Snack. A bar of Pure Protein. Dinner. Baked polenta, topped with leeks. Kozy Shack’s Crème Caramel Flan, for dessert. Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups. This is how you bake instant polenta.

Snack. Pesto, tomato and mozzarella sandwich.  Dinner.   Tofu in Korean red chili sauce. For dessert, M. had a cup of Oui's chocolate-flavored yogurt and I had Kozy Shack’s Crème Caramel Flan. Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups. Grocery.   Walmart: $58.24 + Adams: $15.41 = $73.65

Snack. A bar of Pure Protein.  Dinner.  Salmon in garlic-butter sauce, with rice. Roasted broccoli, on the side. For dessert, each of us had half a cup of Oui's chocolate-flavored yogurt.  Fruit of the Day. Grapes. Workout. Unpacking.
