Snack. Hot pepper-peach jam sandwich. Dinner. Pesto-roasted salmon, with rice. Green beans, on the side. Also: a glass of a (German) sweet red wine. Workout. 41-minute-run.

Snack. Baked apples, garnished with walnuts. Dinner. Korean beef, with rice. Also: a glass of a (German) sweet red wine. Fruit of the Day. Apple. Workout.   30-minute-run. I mailed the letter to the doctor.

Snack. Cheese blintzes. The next time, I should make a savory edition of it, with a filling of mushroom, spinach and cottage cheese.  Dinner. Pasta, with zucchini, roasted red bell pepper, garlic and parsley. (I had to supplant sun-dried tomatoes with red bell pepper, but the combination isn't as tasty.)   Workout. A little over a 40-minute-run.

Snack. I grabbed a Crispy Colonel sandwich at KFC. M. had a cup of Noosa.  Dinner.  Tasty Bite's Bengal Lentils, with naan. I took M. to the E.R. today. Luckily, everything went off very smoothly. But by the time we got back, I was too tired to work out.

Snack. Slow-roasted tomatoes, with toast. Dinner. Pot roast. I should make pot roast with carrot and potato and always with those two veggies. Workout. 30-minute run.
