Snack. We had a Crispy Colonel sandwich at K.F.C. Where else is there to go? Dinner. Polenta, with sautéed mushroom. Workout. None. It was such a bad day that I couldn't get one exercise done.
Snack. Egg salad (open) sandwich. Dinner. Cauliflower in Korean red chili sauce. Workout. 3-mile-walk. Sit-ups. Laundry. M. did the other half of the laundry—colors only.
Snack. Toast, topped with Nutella and banana. Dinner. Butter-roasted salmon, with rice. Roasted okra, for side. Fruit of the Day. Banana. I wasted nearly half a day at VWG as a result of which I couldn't get the time to do my workout. But on the bright side, I was so tired from all the talking at VWG, I slept soundly after a long time.
