Snack. Thomas' cinnamon-and-raisin muffin (with butter); a bar of Pure Protein; a boiled egg (with sriracha.) 

Dinner. Chicken, braised in Thai red curry-spiced coconut milk, with rice. For dessert, Friendly's Ice-Cream Cake sundae.   

Workout. 55-minute-run. Also: I spent the entire day dusting and cleaning the bedroom as well as sorting my dresser.
