Snack. Toast, with roasted red bell pepper, red onion and feta. 

Dinner. Asian-flavored tuna cakes, with sweet soy-garlic dipping sauce; lettuce, on the side.

Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.

Weight. 126.6 pounds.

Grocery. ShopRite: $85.69 + Adams: $15.28 = $100.97

Today, I embarked on Hidelberg's "100% Whole Wheat" bread.
