Snack. Tomato pâté, on toast; a bar of Borden's gouda; half a packet of Sahale's Pomegranate-vanilla flavored cashews (which are exceedingly good.)

Dinner. Pasta, tossed with a flavorful mix of with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, red chili flakes, kalamata olives, feta and parsley. For dessert, we had cottage cheese and raspberry, drizzled with a twirl of honey.

Fruit of the Day. Raspberry. 

Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.
