Snack. A boiled egg (with sriracha) and a bar of Snickers ice-cream bar (which, has the same calories as a bar of chocolate deluxe-flavored Pure Protein.)  

Dinner. Grilled salmon, with a sweet chili-lime base. (Grill the salmon for about five minutes on each side.)

Workout. 30-minute-run.

Grocery. ShopRite: $66.45 + Adams: $8.38 + AccuPrint: $2.50 = $77.33


CHILI-LIME BASE.

  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets or steaks.
  • 4 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic.
  • 2 teaspoons of lime juice.
  • Scallions and/or lime, for garnish.
