Snack. Boiled egg (with sriracha) and a couple of slices of artisan bread.
Dinner. Sesame-ginger salmon en papillote, with rice. Also: a glass of a (German) sweet red wine. M. didn't have the wine because there was very little of it left.
Fruit of the Day. Blackberry.
Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.
