Snack. Cheese blintzes. The next time, I should make a savory edition of it, with a filling of mushroom, spinach and cottage cheese. 

Dinner. Pasta, with zucchini, roasted red bell pepper, garlic and parsley. (I had to supplant sun-dried tomatoes with red bell pepper, but the combination isn't as tasty.)  

Workout. A little over a 40-minute-run.
