Snack. Pita, stuffed with egg, feta, scallions and roasted red bell pepper tapenade. 

Dinner. Fried tilapia; roasted potatoes, on the side. I daubed the fillets with McCormick's fish and chips batter, one that I made into a thick batter. It worked wonderfully.
