Snack. Toast, topped with Nutella and banana. 

Dinner. Butter-roasted salmon, with rice. Roasted okra, for side. 

Fruit of the Day. Banana.

I wasted nearly half a day at VWG as a result of which I couldn't get the time to do my workout. But on the bright side, I was so tired from all the talking at VWG, I slept soundly after a long time.
