SPICY CAESAR DRESSING.
Makes about 1 cup.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice.
- 1/2 tablespoon Asian chili paste.
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced anchovies.
- 2 cloves garlic, grated.
