Dinner. Pork butt, braised in soy sauce, with rice.

BRAISING LIQUID.
- 1 pound of pork butt (or shoulder.)
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil.
- 1 teaspoon chili-garlic paste.
- 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced.
- 0.5 inch nub of ginger, thinly sliced.
- Scallions, for garnish.
Note: Don't season the meat with salt as it sears as it'll get overly salty in combination with the soy sauce.
