Dinner. Stir-fry chicken in ginger-soy sauce, with rice noodles.
Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.
- 1 breast of boneless, skinless chicken.
- Six cloves of garlic, sliced.
- A fat nub of ginger, sliced.
- 10 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 3 teaspoons of sesame oil.
- 5 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- 2 teaspoons of sriracha.
- Throw in a few thick slices of bell pepper after turning off the heat.
- Garnish with scallions.
