Snack. Smorrebrod (with cucumber and smoked sardine.)

Dinner. Stir-fry chicken in ginger-soy sauce, with rice noodles. 

Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.

GINGER-SOY SAUCE (a.k.a. T. TERIYAKI)
  • 1 breast of boneless, skinless chicken.
  • Six cloves of garlic, sliced.
  • A fat nub of ginger, sliced.
  • 10 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 3 teaspoons of sesame oil.
  • 5 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • 2 teaspoons of sriracha.
  • Throw in a few thick slices of bell pepper after turning off the heat.
  • Garnish with scallions.
