Snack. Baked egg, with buttered toast. (In the future, throw in a lot more cheese to the egg mixture as well as add a layer in the bottom of the ramekin.)
Dinner. Roasted pork tenderloin, with peach gastrique; green beans, on the side. Also: a glass of sparkling cider. The next time I make gastrique, I should check out this video.
Fruit of the Day. Peach.
