Dinner. Preparing dinner wasn’t easy, for I made something I hadn’t attempted before.

There was a fillet of tilapia, a leftover from an earlier meal. Baking it would have been easy, but that method wouldn’t render it quite so tasty. So, I took another avenue to infuse some zing into the lackluster piece. I minced it up and made it into small balls and fried them. I served them on a bed of lettuce with a sweet soy-garlic dipping sauce.
