Dinner. Coconut rice, garnished with habanero and scallions; roasted hot peppers, on the side. For dessert, a bowl of cottage cheese wit Honeycrisp apple.

Fruit of the Day. Apple.

Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.

Chores. Ironed clothes.
