Snack. (Leftover) polenta, with a fried egg; Blue Diamond's wasabi-and-soy almonds. 

Dinner. Grilled salmon in Thai Kitchen's Roasted Red Chili paste, with rice; grilled zucchini, on the side.  

Workout. 30-minute-run. Sit-ups.
