Snack. Half a bar of Godiva's dark chocolate; KRAVE's jerky; artisan bread, topped with Nutella; and hash browns. 

Dinner. Linguine, with a flavorful mix of with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, red chili flakes, kalamata olives and parsley. (We'd run out of feta.)

Fruit of the Day. Grape. 

Workout. 45-minute-run. Sit-ups.
